Terms and Conditions
1. Scope of Application
These Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) apply to all deliveries from Quentin Terpentino Genetics, owned by Lukas Heinrich, to consumers. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their commercial or independent professional activity. We sell our goods exclusively to individuals who have reached the age of 18.
2. Contractual Partner
The purchase contract is concluded with Quentin Terpentino Genetics, owner: Lukas Heinrich, Lange Straße 26a, 29342 Wienhausen.
3. Conclusion of the Contract
3.1. The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to place an order.
3.2. By clicking the [Buy/Order] button, you place a binding order for the goods listed on the order page. Your purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending an order confirmation via email immediately after receiving your order.
4. Right of Withdrawal
4.1. If you are a consumer (i.e. a natural person who places the order for purposes that are not attributable to your commercial or independent professional activity), you are entitled to a right of withdrawal in accordance with the statutory provisions.
4.2. If you, as a consumer, exercise your right of withdrawal according to section 4.1, you will be responsible for the regular costs of returning the goods.

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without providing any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us [Insert name of the business, address, telephone number, and email address] of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, although it is not mandatory. You may also electronically fill out and submit the model withdrawal form or another clear statement on our website (insert website address). If you use this option, we will send you a confirmation of receipt of such a withdrawal immediately (e.g., by email).
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We may refuse the repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return the goods without undue delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract, to us or to (here, insert the name and address of the person authorized by you to receive the goods, if applicable). The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You will only be liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling the goods in a way that was not necessary to examine their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

5. Prices and Shipping Costs
5.1. According to §19 UStG, no VAT is charged.
5.2. In addition to the stated prices, we charge a flat fee of 5.00 Euros per order for delivery within Germany. The shipping costs will be clearly communicated to you on the product pages, in the shopping cart system, and on the order page. For payments to other EU countries and Switzerland, the flat shipping fee is 15.00 Euros.
6. Delivery
6.1. Delivery is only available within Germany, the EU, and Switzerland, via DHL.
6.2. The delivery time is 3-5 days. Any different delivery times will be indicated on the respective product page.
7. Payment
7.1. The payment is made by bank transfer (prepayment)
7.2. If you choose the payment method bank transfer, we will provide our bank details in the order confirmation and ship the goods after receipt of payment.
8. Retention of Title
Until full payment is received, the goods remain our property.
9. Warranty for Material Defects
Quentin Terpentino Genetics is liable for material defects in accordance with the applicable legal provisions, particularly §§ 434 et seq. of the German Civil Code (Bürgerliches Gesetzbuch).
10. Dispute Resolution
The EU Commission has created an online platform for the resolution of disputes. The platform serves as a contact point for the out-of-court resolution of disputes concerning contractual obligations arising from online purchase contracts. We are neither willing nor obligated to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
