1. Access Data and Hosting
You can visit our website without providing any personal information. Each time a website is accessed, the web server automatically stores a so-called server log file, which includes, for example, the name of the requested file, your IP address, the date and time of the request, the amount of data transferred, and the requesting provider (access data) and documents the request.
2. Data Collection and Use for Contract Processing
We collect personal data when you provide it to us as part of your order or when contacting us (e.g., via contact form or email). Mandatory fields are marked as such because we require this data to process the contract or to handle your contact inquiry, and without providing this information, you cannot complete the order or send the contact inquiry. The data that is collected can be seen in the respective input forms. We use the data you provide in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. b GDPR.
3. Data Disclosure
To fulfill the contract in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. b GDPR, we will pass your data on to the shipping company assigned to deliver the goods, as far as this is necessary for the delivery of the ordered goods. Depending on the payment service provider you select during the order process, we will forward the payment data collected for payment processing to the bank assigned to handle the payment and, if applicable, to any payment service providers engaged by us.
4. Email Newsletter
Email Marketing with Newsletter Subscription
When you subscribe to our newsletter, we use the necessary data or any data you separately provide to send you our email newsletter regularly, based on your consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a GDPR. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time, either by sending a message to the contact option described below or through a dedicated link in the newsletter.
5. Cookies and Web Analytics
To make visiting our website attractive and to enable the use of certain features, to display suitable products, or for market research, we use so-called cookies on various pages. This serves to protect our overriding legitimate interests in optimizing the presentation of our offer in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR. Cookies are small text files that are automatically stored on your device. Some of the cookies we use are deleted after the browser session ends, i.e., after closing your browser (so-called session cookies). Other cookies remain on your device and allow us to recognize your browser when you visit again (persistent cookies). You can configure your browser to notify you when cookies are set and to decide individually whether to accept them, or to exclude the acceptance of cookies for specific cases or generally. If you do not accept cookies, the functionality of our website may be restricted.
Use of Google (Universal) Analytics for Web Analysis
If you have given your consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a GDPR, this website uses Google (Universal) Analytics for website analysis purposes. The web analytics service is provided by Google Ireland Limited, a company registered and operated under Irish law, located at Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. (https://www.google.de). Google (Universal) Analytics uses methods that enable an analysis of how you use the website, such as cookies. The information automatically collected about your use of this website is generally transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. By enabling IP anonymization on this website, your IP address is truncated before transmission within the member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and truncated there. The anonymized IP address transmitted by your browser within the framework of Google Analytics is generally not combined with other data from Google. After the purpose has been fulfilled and the use of Google Analytics by us ends, the data collected in this context will be deleted. As far as information is transferred to Google servers in the USA and stored there, the American company Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Privacy Shield. A current certificate can be viewed here [https://www.privacyshield.gov/list]. Due to this agreement between the USA and the European Commission, the latter has determined that an adequate level of data protection exists for companies certified under the Privacy Shield. You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future by downloading and installing the browser plugin available under the following link:
https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en [https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en]. This will prevent the collection of data generated by the cookie and related to your use of the website (including your IP address) as well as the processing of this data by Google.
Alternatively, instead of the browser plugin, you can click this link to prevent future data collection by Google Analytics on this website. This will place an opt-out cookie on your device. If you delete your cookies, you will be asked to grant your consent again. If you have given your consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a GDPR, this website also uses Google Signals. This is an extension feature of Google Analytics that enables "Cross-Device Tracking." This means that if your internet-enabled devices are linked to your Google account, Google can generate reports on usage behavior (especially cross-device user numbers), even when you switch devices. For this purpose, Google uses data if you have enabled the "personalized ads" setting in your Google account. No processing of personal data occurs on our part; we only receive statistics created based on Google Signals. You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future by downloading and installing the browser plugin available at the following link: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en [https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en]. This will prevent the collection of data generated by the cookie and related to your use of the website (including your IP address) as well as the processing of this data by Google. Additionally, you can disable the "personalized ads" setting in your Google account. For details, see here [https://support.google.com/ads/answer/2662922?hl=en].
6. Online Marketing
Google reCAPTCHA
For the purpose of protecting against abuse of our web forms and against spam, we use the Google reCAPTCHA service in some of the forms on this website. Google reCAPTCHA is an offering from Google Ireland Limited, a company registered and operated under Irish law, located at Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. (www.google.de [http://www.google.de]). By verifying a manual entry, this service prevents automated software (so-called bots) from performing abusive activities on the website. This serves, in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR, to protect our website from abuse and to ensure a disruption-free presentation of our online presence, based on our legitimate interests, as part of a balancing of interests.
Google reCAPTCHA uses methods within a code embedded in the website, a so-called JavaScript, as part of the verification process, which enable an analysis of your use of the website, such as cookies. The automatically collected information about your use of this website, including your IP address, is typically transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. In addition, other cookies stored by Google services in your browser are evaluated by Google reCAPTCHA.
There is no reading or storage of personal data from the input fields of the respective form.
As far as information is transferred to servers of Google in the USA and stored there, the American company Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Privacy Shield. A current certificate can be viewed here [https://www.privacyshield.gov/list]. Due to this agreement between the USA and the European Commission, the latter has determined an adequate level of data protection for companies certified under the Privacy Shield.
You can prevent the collection of data generated by the JavaScript or cookie related to your use of the website (including your IP address) by Google, as well as the processing of this data by Google, by disabling the execution of JavaScript or the setting of cookies in your browser settings. Please note that this may limit the functionality of our web service for your use.

This information (including your IP address) is transmitted directly from your browser to a server of Instagram in the USA and stored there.
If you are logged into Instagram, Instagram can directly associate your visit to our website with your Instagram account. If you interact with the plugins, for example, by clicking the 'Instagram' button, this information will also be transmitted directly to an Instagram server and stored there. The information will also be published on your Instagram account and displayed to your contacts. For the purpose and scope of data collection, as well as the further processing and use of the data by Instagram, and your rights and settings options regarding the protection of your privacy, please refer to Instagram's privacy policy:
